Key responsibilities:
- ● Software architectures for web/ desktop/ mobile / Cloud/IoT solutions
- ● 3+ years experience in technical leadership or hands-on experience on Web or Cloud based applications
- ● 3+ years of People & project management experience
- ● Web development using MEAN or MERN stack and DevOps hands on experience
- ● Experience in managing large, complex technology initiatives of strategic importance to the organization involving cross-functional teams.
- ● Experience owning, supervising and delivering concurrent software releases using iterative/agile techniques, ensuring on-time delivery and good quality.
- ● Establish and implement development processes and strategies for all technical personnel
- ● Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
- ● Assign and oversee the sprint of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
- ● Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- ● Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
- ● Able to justify project development estimation define by team
- ● Development work experience would be an added advantage
