Responsibilities :

  • ● Managing the business generation activities focused on new sales generation, Maintaining excellent customer experience and business relationship
  • ● Provide proposal with quotation, timeline and development plan to Customer
  • ● Managing of End to End sales process starting from lead generation to closure
  • ● Leading and managing the team of Sales Representatives for defined and allocated PODs and for communication with lead and scheduling fit call, Fit call analysis, preparation of Solution PPT, Preparation of proposal
  • ● Being present on Fit Call, review Fit call analysis after the call prepared by Sales Representative
  • ● Analysis and qualification of the opportunity/Lead with TINA and TRIF, cost estimation, meeting with Client & Closure of Deal.
  • ● Providing project kick-off data to Project coordinator and Project Manager.
  • ● Monitoring progress of project on periodic basis to maintain Client Experience and capture upcoming opportunities
  • ● Working closely with Delivery manager, monitoring the milestones and project timelines; at the same time learning the risks, issues coming through in development and its effect on project proposal. Raise the issue to managerial level whenever required to best match client expectations.
  • ● Managing the client experience from pre-sales client communication to the deployment of project & further Post Sales efforts for repeat business as well as identifying the areas for new business with existing Client.
  • ● After sales technical support and built strong relationships with the clients.
  • ● Identifying the market needs and direct sales opportunities with defined customer base and executing the campaign for direct sales
  • ● Coordinating with Account executive to raise the invoices to customer, keep track of the payments and making sure of the collection of the payment, keeping the track of customer account
  • ● Constantly updating the knowledge of the latest technologies and industries trend
  • ● Keeping track and update of complete work on the reporting tools.
  • ● Keeping knowledge and Documentation of the solutions provided by the company and updating the same time to time.
  • ● Keeping record of all the leads, opportunities and contacts on reporting tools and CRM.
  • ● Share contact details with customers, Contact Customers directly and discuss on the required points
  • ● Monitor project flow and get projects progress from Delivery Managers and report escalation to BDM where customer expectations can be mismatched
