Job Description:

  1. Lead and Guide the Indian sales team for engineering business (Product Engineering Services)
  2. Engineering Business Revenue 100% responsibility - 50cr INR Annually
  3. Customer problem RCA and understanding the problem of customer perspective
  4. USA Visit and building relations with the customer
  5. Resolving the customer problem with the help of the Technical team
  6. Training and Development for the Sales team
  7. Co-ordinate with the Lead Generation Team
  8. Consolidated MIS report weekly
  9. Keep Hubspot updated and use all the potential
  10. Interface between US and Indian Sales People
  11. Identification of key expos and make sure we visit expos and tracking of that business
  12. Competitor behaviour analysis ability
