- Lead and Guide the Indian sales team for engineering business (Product Engineering Services)
- Engineering Business Revenue 100% responsibility - 50cr INR Annually
- Customer problem RCA and understanding the problem of customer perspective
- USA Visit and building relations with the customer
- Resolving the customer problem with the help of the Technical team
- Training and Development for the Sales team
- Co-ordinate with the Lead Generation Team
- Consolidated MIS report weekly
- Keep Hubspot updated and use all the potential
- Interface between US and Indian Sales People
- Identification of key expos and make sure we visit expos and tracking of that business
- Competitor behaviour analysis ability
