Job Description :
- ● Managing of End to End sales process starting from lead generation to closure
- ● Conducting Market Research and analyse the findings for building lead generation strategies
- ● Coordinating with sales representative for the smooth cleint communication
- ● Leading sales reprentatives for lead generation, communication, proposal preparation and closure of the business
- ● Analysis and qualification of the opportunity/Lead, cost estimation, meeting with Client & Closure of Deal
- ● Introducing Project Coordinator to client and handing over project info to facilitate smooth transition of project responsibilities
- ● Monitoring progress of project on periodic basis to maintain Client Experience
- ● Working closely with Delivery manager, monitoring the milestones and project timelines; at the same time learning the risks, issues coming through in development and its effect on project proposal. Raise the issue to managerial level whenever required to best match client expectations.
- ● Managing the client experience from pre-sales client communication to the deployment of project & further
- ● Post Sales efforts for repeat business as well as identifying the areas for new business with existing Client.
- ● Being present in weekly status call of the assigned client
