Job Description :

  • ● Prepare initial stage cost estimation for the prototype development
  • ● Track incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and note actual arrival time
  • ● Provide test case and Test procedure for PCBA and Product Assembly
  • ● Communication with Chinese vendors
  • ● Order the material as per the requirement
  • ● PCB Assembly
  • ● Based on Purchase request validate vendor details and amount.
  • ● Prepare Purchase order in quickbook and send to vendor as well as hardware coordinator and Account department
  • ● Maintain Invoice of purchase
  • ● Turn key quotation generation for production
  • ● Product procurement / coordination
  • ● Box Packaging and shipment of Product
  • ● Ensure every received material GRN
  • ● Ensure Inventory management through quickbook
  • ● After receiving material collect supplier cross evaluation form from requester and analyzed vendor quality and time
  • ● Ensure shipment import/export Tracking activity
