  1. Monthly Cashflow managemnt through timely delivery
  2. As an Embedded PMO, Delivery managemnt and customer frontend
  3. Bringing farming business from existing customer accounts
  4. Bridge between technical team and Customer
  5. Customer escalation management
  6. Project Closure and Kickoff document management
  7. Formal customer feedback to be captured in Rapidise on a weekly basis
  8. Identification of customer grievances proactively
  9. Capturing all AR
  10. Project health and MIS management
  11. Billability and Utilization index managemnt of resource
  12. 100% project kickoff and delivery via Rapidise
  13. KPI driven mindset
