- ● HR management, which includes performance management system goal-setting process, employee engagement related activities. Anything associated with people, Payroll, increments, Discipline, and etiquette management.
- ● Talent management that is retention and recruitment related to all the processes.
- ● MIS Implementation for Admin, HR, Recruitment, Purchase
- ● Admin / Office Boy / Security Management
- ● Experience in manage and handle Legal Affairs
- ● Multi location Operation Ahmedabad, Pune, Noida, Bangalore, etc.
- ● Stock Option implementation
- ● Recruitment / HR Process implementation
- ● Weekly Employee Performance Releasing
- ● Project Execution / Timely Delivery Cultural transformation
- ● Manage and automate Employee Satisfaction survey
- ● Automation / Software based Talent Acquisition / HR Operations
