  • ● Capable to drive 500+ people team and scale up to company needs
  • ● Multiple Department Reporting: HR & Payroll Reporting, Recruitment, Purchase, Process / Quality, IT Infrastructure, Administrative, Overall office operation
  • ● HR management, which includes performance management system goal-setting process, employee engagement related activities. Anything associated with people, Payroll, increments, Discipline, and etiquette management.
  • ● Talent management that is retention and recruitment related to all the processes.
  • ● MIS Implementation for Admin, HR, Recruitment, Purchase
  • ● Admin / Office Boy / Security Management
  • ● Experience in manage and handle Legal Affairs
  • ● Multi location Operation Ahmedabad, Pune, Noida, Bangalore, etc.
  • ● Stock Option implementation
  • ● Recruitment / HR Process implementation
  • ● Weekly Employee Performance Releasing
  • ● Project Execution / Timely Delivery Cultural transformation
  • ● Manage and automate Employee Satisfaction survey
  • ● Automation / Software based Talent Acquisition / HR Operations
  • ● Good skill on Retaining employee
