Job Description:
- Administer compensation and benefit plans.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with labour regulations.
- PF, ESI and PT challan generation.
- After selection of the right candidate, reference checking, checking the parity in the pay, issuing appointment letter only after completion of all relevant docs. Issuance of confirmation Letter on completion of 3 months after taking HODs approval.
- Providing the necessary tools for new joiners such as Stationery, ID cards, Visiting cards, Bank
- Account setup within 15 days after joining.
- Maintain employee benefits administration such as leave records, ESI, medical etc.
- Attendance data maintenance from the Biometric machine.
- Regular follow-up with vendors/Coordinate with an advocate.
- Drafting emails/letters for requirements for any employee.
- Birthday mail to employees.
- Assist in the development of new employees through a complete company orientation and by offering individual assistance to help clarify their job responsibilities and goal objectives.
