  12. Routine infrastructure of Laptop, desktop, and server management within a defined budget
  13. Ticket management / Helpdesk
  14. Identification of any suspicious behaviours via Data to Management MIS
  15. IT Infra team management PAN India
  16. ISO270001 compliances with PAN India
